Summary
Many Haitians living in Dominica Republic are not being treated or regarded as human beings, per Haitians who have lived over there, living other, observers, and many news outlets.
Since Haiti has been very unstable with gang’ activities over the years, where gangs and strongmen and women have been taking control almost over the whole country of Haiti, many Haitians have been obligated to find away to leave the country by any means possible to be somewhere outside Haiti.
Most of them have choose Dominican republican Republic, since it is perhaps the easiest place to get into from Haiti. Reminding yourself that Haiti and the Dominican Republic have shared the same border or the same Islands; however, the treatments that they have been receiving from their neighbors is unthinkable, and many believe that the instability of Haiti has been playing a major role in that horrible treatment, since they have no other words to explain why a poor neighbor could be so cruel to another poor neighbor…
But with this actual president in the Dominican Republic, locals and observers, believe this worst evil behavior that they ever seen or witnessing from their supposedly good neighbors. Moreover, with a president’s mission to completely eradicate all Haitians legals or illegals from this country, despite the incredible role that Haitians have been playing in their economic development, you could just imagine how this thing would play in the streets with other locals with so much hatred for the Haitians living in their country.
Finally, with a merciless immigration policy against Haitians, they have blocked all access and opportunities for any seeking legal status in the country, and for those with have no legal papers, they have pushed them away, chased them with dogs, and heavy military squads, who either killed them or jailed, where no family members know anything about them or their remain.
But for the one who survived, many of them being traumatized, while running into the forest and live as animals and nomads. Those people live with little kids who are sick without foods, medications. water, and all types of basics need under trees. How should any human beings with blood in their veins, who have children or families can accept or tolerate such a situation?
Therefore, to save the lives of so many Haitians brothers and sisters and guaranteed a safe return in their own homeland Haiti, we partnered with this government agency or other non-profits organization to provide safe transportation for those people, so they can go back to their respective departments.
However, the biggest question is what to give them when they get to Haiti, and who is going to receive them, how, and for how long we can hold them there before sending them back to their respective Department or cities?
What we give them when they got into Chanjel’s Care? When they got to Chanjel’s Center in Haiti, they will:

All their information will be collected upon admission Such as name, birthday, place of birth, where they lived before they went to Dominican Republic, how they got there, why and when, where they lived in Dr, if they married, single, if they plan to go back, what they want us to do for them, are they willing to stay in work in Haiti if the opportunity is being presented to them, phone number, and others…
